Onkar traded NSE derivatives professionally for four years before building Optwise. He built the dealer-positioning read for his own trading first. When he saw that other prop desks and family offices had the same blind spot, he turned it into a product. He built the entire stack himself: backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, and the reasoning layer that narrates each read.

Anirudh has spent several years building and selling enterprise products in regulated markets, including experience in the Gulf region. He runs go-to-market for Optwise: sales, partnerships, and distribution.

Pankaj Randad

Strategic Advisor

Pankaj founded Equinox Research and Advisors in Pune. He has more than fifteen years of expertise in the Indian stock market and derivatives research, with earlier roles at Motilal Oswal, PhillipCapital, and IndiaNivesh. He is a SEBI-registered Research Analyst. He advises Optwise on institutional relationships and market distribution.

Anand Pikle

Strategic Advisor

Anand is co-founder and CTO of an AI startup currently in stealth. Before that, he spent close to four years as co-founder and CTO of Krita.ai, an enterprise workflow automation platform, and twelve years at IBM, most recently as a Principal Solutions Architect. His background is in generative AI, data engineering, and enterprise architecture. He advises Optwise on engineering strategy.
